Another Trip to Lohan La La Land

I'd hate to do this to everyone but I'm about to make another posting about Lindsay "I'm a celebrity and thus have no consequences to my actions" Lohan.  The latest is that she is supposedly going to be getting out of rehab early now.  Judge Marsha Revel had previously sentenced Lohan to 90 days in a rehabilitation program, but now that Revel has recused herself from the case, Lohan’s sentence could be modified.  “My understanding from conversations with [Lohan’s lawyer] Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility,” prosecutor Danette Meyers told Radar. “It is looking as if that is what the health care professionals are going to recommend. How much earlier she could be released I’m unsure of at this point.”  Holley told Radar that her client has made significant improvement and would like to return to acting as soon as possible.  "Ms. Lohan looks very good. She looks healthy,” Holley said. “My client is looking forward to returning to work on her many creative endeavors upon her release from the treatment facility."  

Once again the public servants are bowing to these celebrities just because they're famous.  Or in LiLo's case, Quasi-Famous-Semi-Hasbeen.  Oh My god....this judge should be removed from the bench for being so wishy washy. Either punish her or let her off...don't sentence her to do time in jail and a rehab facility then rescind what you just tried to implement.

My Heart Bleeds For Lindsay

OMG somebody get me a hanky.

So Aparently Lindsay Lohan has been placed in isolation following a "hysterical fit".

It seems just a few days in to the two week stint of her 90 day sentance she's broken down in tears, screaming at wardens, forcing them to take her away from other inmates.

One former inmate Cheryl Presser, 43, told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "She is in with the killers and she has only been let out for hour-long breaks, and during those she was locked down to a table.

"On Friday (23.07.10), Lindsay got put on lock-down. While some of us got two hours to go to the yard, or the TV room, Lindsay was on total lockdown.

"She had a hysterical fit, crying and yelling so she got put in isolation."

Another former inmate claimed Lindsay was upset because other prisoners had been poking fun at her by calling her 'Firecrotch'.

The source said: "She was just sitting in her cell staring straight ahead. Sometimes wailing, but mostly just sitting  "Some of the inmates in our ward, some of the tougher ones, were yelling 'fire crotch' at her.  "They just started chanting it at her. Lindsay didn't say nothing. She was crying though."

Cheryl also revealed that she has failed to win over other inmates because her constant crying keeps them awake at night.  She said: "The wards are cold and smelly - they stink. The air conditioning is turned up so high that you can't sleep because of the cold. Inmates try and shove the air vents full of toilet paper to stop the air coming out, but it doesn't work.  "Lindsay would lie there shivering all night, crying and trying to cover her face with her hands. Her wailing was keeping everyone awake." 

UHHH HELLO?  IT'S JAIL.  IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PLEASANT IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE AWEFUL SO YOU DON'T RECOMMIT THE OFFENCES YOU WERE PUT IN THERE FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.  WAHHHHHHH

High Ho...High Ho...off to Jail for LiLo

Well today is the day...Ms Lohan made that walk of shame right into custody of the prison system.  I guess she lost another lawyer..you know..the guy who convinced 12 people that O.J. Simpson DIDN'T Kill his wife and her lover.  I guess he quit because she ditched her sober living facility.  Too funny..hours away from jail and she still can't just do one simple thing.  This is why I have a problem with these celebs.  It's their sense of fucking entitlement.  Unbelievable.  She's in tears in court when she's told that she's going to jail and then ditches her Sober living facility to, if I had to guess, have one final night of partying out with her skanky celeb friends. 

Anyone else in the world would have gone to jail long before this.  Ol' lindsay is pretty lucky and should count her blessings that she is famous.  Because if she was merely a civilian, she would already have gone to jail at least a couple of times already for her past probation violations.

Well...see ya in 90 Days, or however many days you end up serving Lindsay..we'll miss ya

Oh and by the way...when you tap into it, you can be so talented and flat out hot...please...learn from jail...and come out better and get back to work and turning out stuff like this..

Ok...today is like the best day ever....LINDSAY LOHAN IS FINALLY GOING TO HAVE TO SPEND SOME TIME IN JAIL FOR ALL THE BS SHE PULLS.

Miley Cyrus....Role Model?

Ok...allow me to get on my soapbox for a minute here.  A Year or two ago,famed photographer Annie Leibovitz took some pictures of Miley Cyrus for Vanity Fair.  In those pictures she was topless but covered with a sheet and in my opinion looked great and was a beautiful photograph  as you can see here...

People went mental saying how wrong it was and how this girl is supposed to be a role model for young girls and it's too provocative and they even went as far as to call it "Child porn" in some cases.

Fast Forward to the 2010 Much Music Video Awards, which were held in Toronto last night with a now 17 year old Miley as host.  She opened the show with this conservative ensemble....

Ummmm....what?  How is this better?  What kind of example is she setting for todays young girls by getting her stage outfits at the same stores that "Mercedes" the local stripper gets her clothes?  I'm sorry but the whole double standard needs to stop.  Either she's a wholesome child star or a sex-pot-pop star.  If a bear back was too provocative for 15-16 year old Miley...how is this sexually charged outfit any better for the 17 year old version.  I wonder how long it will be before she trainwrecks a-la Lindsay Lohan?  it's all a matter of time.

MISHMASH

Slow News Day.  Lots of stuff in the entertainment world on Lindsay Lohan and her domestic issues with her daddy and the pettyness that accompanies it.  Then there's all the Dancing with the Stars Crap...Kate's gone (I loathe her by the way...did you ever see how she used to talk to her husband, she seriously needs an attitude adjustment), will the show rate without her? (short answer..yes because there are always bored housewives)  nothing really worth devoting a whole blog post.  More scandal than substance really.

Only thing that is more blog-worthy is the whole release of 3D TV...Ok..here's my 2 cents worth.  It's too much.  I'm a huge gadget guy..I love tech and all the stuff that comes along with it.  But when I have to wear a pair of glasses that cost hundreds of dollars just to watch a TV that they're not even really putting out programming for yet.  Well that's just a little too much.  I'm going to just bide my time with this one like I did with the whole Blu-Ray/HD DVD war.  I didn't commit to a format till I knew which one would be victorious. (as an aside, I predicted right...sony lost the whole betamax/vhs war despite being a superior format, it was like it was supposed to be)  So I'm going to wait..maybe some holographic 3D TV that doesn't require glasses.  These days Who knows
